INGREDIENTS:
 4 Beyond Sausages
 4 Vegan Rolls/Buns
 1 cup of Fresh Guacamole
 1 Sliced jalapeño
 1/4 tsp. of Smoked Paprika
 1 CUP OF CASHEW QUESO (INGREDIENTS BELOW)
 1 cup of raw cashews (soaked hot for 15-20 minutes)
 1 garlic clove
 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
 1/2 tsp of cumin
 Salt to taste
PREPARATION:

Pre-heat grill.

In a bowl, combine cashews with enough hot water to fully submerge them. Allow cashews to soak for 15-20 minutes until they are softened.

Once the cashews have softened, create your cashew queso by draining the cashews. Add them to a blender with garlic, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, cumin, and salt to taste. Blend until you get a smooth consistency. Place the finished sauce into a shallow dish for dipping and drizzling.

Place your Beyond Sausages on the preheated grill for about 6 minutes, rotating every few minutes.

To assemble - place your Beyond Sausages in their buns, topping them off with a dollop of fresh guacamole, slices of fresh jalapeño, cashew queso, and smoked paprika to taste. Enjoy!
